An overview of the process of appropriate assessment in Ireland, what it aims to do, procedural steps and important terminology, implications of case law and how to carry out robust assessments. Aimed at those with little knowledge of AA but limited practical experience and wanting to know more or be more confident in their written reports.

Event Information: Meeting at the pier in Ballyvaughn at 11am. A visit to Ballyvaughn and strolls along the Rine looking for Divers, Sea Ducks, Brent Geese, etc. No dogs allowed on outings. New members remember to bring binoculars, wear suitable outdoor and warm clothing.
